About The Position

T.G. Lee Dairy is hiring a warehouse/cooler operator to perform picking, pulling, and building orders; palletizing products; loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery; and working at any assigned station or line. The role also involves safely operating material-handling equipment and machinery in a warehouse, cooler, freezer, or dock environment. The position pays $21.50 per hour. The available schedule is 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., five days per week, with Sundays and Tuesdays off.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience.
• Certification and/or license may be required for a forklift, walk-behind jack, or other related work.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Able to perform accurate basic math computations and inventory counts.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing, including legible writing.
• Able to perform routine machine adjustments.
• Able to adapt to changing situations and perform assigned tasks.
• Able to follow directions.
• Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to perform tasks and duties without constant supervision.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and build orders.
