About The Position

Arcadia Stones is seeking a dependable, organized, and safety-conscious Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing stone products and materials; maintaining inventory accuracy; preparing customer orders; and helping ensure a clean and efficient warehouse environment. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and a commitment to customer service.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
At least one year of warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attendance and reliability.
Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in indoor and outdoor warehouse environments.
Ability to safely navigate warehouse equipment and storage areas.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification or prior forklift experience.
Experience in the stone, construction materials, building products, or distribution industry.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
Verify packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping documentation.
Accurately enter inventory transactions into company systems.
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage locations.
Pull, stage, package, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.
Assist with loading and unloading stone slabs, tile, and related products.
Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely; training and certification provided if applicable.
Deliver materials or run errands as needed using company vehicles.
Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
Assist customers, vendors, and delivery personnel professionally and courteously.
Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
