About The Position

Johnson Brothers Maverick Beverage is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to maximize warehouse picking and replenishment efficiencies through effective item placement and data analysis using company methods and procedures. The role evaluates and assigns warehouse product locations, analyzes sales and forecast information, and uses company tools to improve picking and replenishment. The schedule is 7 AM–4 PM, Monday through Friday, at $23 per hour. The position is regular, full-time employment.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Ability and experience operating pallet jack and forklift equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of an organization.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Exceptional organization skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use MS Excel and JBLC slotting tools to evaluate slotting locations.
• Assign pick locations for new items to support efficient picking and replenishment while balancing workloads across multiple work zones.
• Apply slotting strategies to new product releases, including limited releases and seasonal products, using historical sales patterns.
• Analyze historical and forecast data to determine placement for existing items and improve worker productivity.
• Generate a Moves List for items requiring location changes based on sales and JBLC slotting tools.
• Work with the Warehouse Manager and warehouse employees on slotting decisions involving slot capacities, location accuracy, and safety concerns.
• Assign and maintain permanent locations and capacities in the WMS.
• Dynamically slot products using company tools to decrease picking times and replenishment activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
