About The Position

As a Warehouse Clerk, you will provide administrative support to the transportation team, perform general office duties related to distribution reporting, and handle shipping and receiving documentation and fulfillment. The role supports the company’s work to help feed local families and communities.

The schedule is 1st shift, Sunday through Thursday, 4:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The listed pay is $22.50. Travel is not required. Work may take place in a grocery warehouse with temperatures from 50°F to 90°F and in an office with temperatures from 65°F to 75°F.

Requirements

• At least six months of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work the overnight shift and overtime is required.
• Qualifications listed include attendance, initiative, productivity, quality, safety, and values.
• A General Equivalency Diploma or high school diploma is listed among the qualifications.

Nice To Haves

• Pallet jack experience is preferred.
• Experience in grocery selection is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Release routes, print selection labels, and organize them by departure and commodity type.
• Take store phone calls and orders and assist with add-ons, memos, and outs.
• Perform data entry.
• Monitor system information and notify supervisors when adjustments are needed.
• Provide customer service.
• Prepare store mail for delivery.
• Pick up selector scratches and buyer chases, create invoices, attach orders to routes, and release routes and print labels.
• Audit inbound receiving, print labels, reconcile and note overages, shortages, and damage, and close out purchase orders.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
