About The Position

This is a versatile position where no two days are the same. You will split your time between customer service at the counter and warehouse operations. The role involves welcoming customers, retrieving products, processing transactions, answering questions, suggesting alternatives, handling calls, and maintaining a clean and organized counter area. In the warehouse, responsibilities include unloading deliveries, verifying quantities and quality, reporting discrepancies, stocking and locating merchandise, preparing orders, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse, and offering support to other departments as needed. Requirements

  • Alert individual with a strong team spirit and customer service orientation.
  • Reliable, meticulous, and autonomous.
  • Comfortable in both physical and relational roles.
  • Ability to lift loads up to 50 pounds and a concern for working safely.
  • Proficiency with computer equipment and rolling equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and meet their needs.
  • Retrieve requested products and process transactions.
  • Answer questions, suggest alternatives or complementary products.
  • Answer calls and redirect them as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive counter.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and stay updated on products and systems.
  • Unload deliveries, verify quantities and quality of goods.
  • Promptly report any discrepancies or damages.
  • Stock and locate merchandise according to established practices.
  • Carefully prepare orders within the required deadlines.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and functional, and suggest improvements.
  • Provide support at the counter or with merchandising when necessary.
