Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mailroom or copy centre environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build strong business relationships
  • Strong self-motivation with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs as required

Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute mail and office supplies, including interoffice mail, courier deliveries, and overnight shipments
  • Deliver mail and print projects throughout the customer site
  • Coordinate and prepare print projects, including electronic file conversion, document scanning, and enhancements from initiation through delivery
  • Download print jobs from email or print queues; size, reproduce, sort, and finish materials as required
  • Establish and maintain quality control measures to ensure accuracy and consistency of work
  • Maintain a professional image at all times with clients and vendors
