About The Position

This is a regular, full-time position with a daytime schedule, Monday to Friday. The role involves working with a known customer base and selling reliable, high-quality products. There is an opportunity for advancement within the company. The ideal candidate will have customer service or sales experience, be energetic, service-oriented, and adept at finding customer solutions. They should also be efficient, organized, enjoy physical work, and be comfortable interacting with people. Good computer skills are also required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers at the counter in a friendly manner.
Locate desired products and process payments.
Answer customer questions and suggest complementary or alternative products.
Answer phone calls professionally and redirect them as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized counter area for customer experience and marketing.
Provide assistance to warehouse or sales personnel when needed.
Maintain skills and knowledge of product lines and systems.
