Requirements

• More than six (6) months of experience in material handling.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Bilingual (French and English) required to serve English-speaking customers.
• Ability to lift loads (maximum 50 pounds).

Nice To Haves

• A DEP in electricity and/or sales training.
• Knowledge of electrical products.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at the counter, verify requested information, and take orders.
• Search for product availability in the computer system.
• Verify the accuracy of products and orders, as well as the condition of products assembled in the warehouse.
• Participate in inventory and restocking shelves.
• Ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the counter and service areas.
• Support internal sales occasionally.
• Perform all other related tasks.
