About The Position

The Warehouse Casual Laborer sorts, stacks, reconfigures, and prepares product cases for shipment; accurately picks customer orders; uses RF scanners to track and move inventory; and packages products for shipment. The role includes inspecting products and pallets for damage, following food-safety, workplace-safety, and equipment procedures, and keeping the work area clean and organized. The laborer works as part of a warehouse and production team and may need to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts when business needs require. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and stack cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and twist throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or RF-scanner experience is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
