The Warehouse Associate accurately counts and pulls parts for orders, verifies part numbers and quantities, records required information in the system, applies and scans order bar codes, finalizes orders, and places totes on the conveyor. The role repackages remaining parts and returns them to the correct locations. It may also include stocking: scanning products and storage locations, verifying part numbers and quantities, checking that products match the parts to be stocked, rotating inventory using first-in-first-out practices where appropriate, and finding and recording suitable new storage locations when needed. The associate may operate a pushcart and/or carousel and may need an in-house material handling equipment license, depending on the equipment operated. The position supports quality, productivity, safety, delivery, and cost goals; follows established procedures and safety expectations; participates in job qualification audits; maintains 5S through foreign object detection and location maintenance; and cross-trains in other areas as required. The associate collaborates with the operations team, works independently with minimal supervision, maintains attendance, and is available for overtime as business demands require. This position pays $18.00 per hour, with increases at 90 and 360 days if expectations are met. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior warehouse experience is preferred. The role requires U.S. Person status as defined by ITAR because it involves information or hardware subject to those regulations.
