About The Position

Nuts.com is a self-funded, profitable, rapidly growing multi-channel DTC specialty food and wellness company. We are looking for a Temporary Warehouse Associates (Level 1) capable of filling a variety of roles on our production team, also supporting our fulfillment team. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who pays close attention to detail. We are a rapidly-growing company; you'll have the opportunity to grow along with us!

Requirements

• Ability to work a full-time schedule during our Monday - Friday, 5:30PM - 2:00AM
• Able to complete physical work and lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to on average stand/walk 8-10 hours at a time with additional movements such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and/or reaching
• Able to work in a facility with various allergens, including nuts
• A strong sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Excellent work ethic, always on time, and very reliable
• Able to communicate respectfully, effectively, and professionally with peers and managers
• High school diploma, or its equivalent, or 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse or food production environment

Responsibilities

• Fill products in our production areas using tools such as scoops and scales
• Setup work station with necessary equipment/product
• Pick, pack, and/or ship customer orders using scanners, computers, or printers
• Maintain good housekeeping in work areas
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within a food production environment
• Operate equipment, as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
