About The Position

The Assoc II, Warehouse Ops assists with outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor, meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks for receiving, storing, and shipping products, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. The team supports efficient product flow from vendor receipt through shipment to internal and external customers.

The role uses the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products, stores products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices, and picks products from warehouse locations to load into outbound trucks. When handling specialty products, the associate follows regulations for storing refrigerated products.

The shift is Monday through Friday, 8:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., or until the work is complete. Some overtime may be required due to customer needs, and overtime hours are worked at the end of the shift.

Requirements

• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.
• Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
• Apply acquired knowledge and skills to standard tasks, learn and apply new information and methods, and adhere to quality guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Work under a moderate degree of supervision and refer complex or unusual problems to a supervisor.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of experience.
• High school diploma, GED, equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• PIT experience.
