About The Position

At HANSONS, we're looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Associate to help keep our operations running smoothly. Whether you have warehouse experience or come from construction, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, landscaping, or another hands-on industry, we encourage you to apply! No two days are exactly the same! You'll play an important role in ensuring our installation teams have the materials they need to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

Ability to frequently lift 50+ pounds
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable transportation
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, construction, or general labor experience preferred
Forklift experience is a plus (not required—we'll train the right person)

Responsibilities

Load and unload vendor deliveries safely and efficiently
Pull and stage materials for scheduled installation jobs
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
Maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Work closely with branch leadership and installation teams
Follow safety procedures while handling materials and equipment
At times help with small services as well such as recaulking windows, replacing window sashes, and other warranty covered services
