About The Position

BETTER BUZZ COFFEE is opening soon in the PERRIS area and is seeking Baristas to help in their BRAND NEW LOCATION, expected to open September of 2026. Better Buzz Coffee Roasters is described as a lifestyle brand focused on fun, teamwork, and creating connection through coffee. The ideal candidate is gregarious, hospitable, accommodating, competitive, energetic, and available to work at least 22 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
• Work all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order
• Keep our space clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates
• Cashier - Point of Sale
• Expo - Inside & Outside Order Taking
• Working the Drive-Thru (if drive-thru)
• Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders
• Back of House - Cooking & Prepping
