BETTER BUZZ COFFEE is opening soon in the Victorville area! We are excited to create some new BUZZ brand fans in the neighborhood! Are you ready to work hard and hustle with us in our newest location? Better Buzz Coffee is seeking Baristas to help us in our BRAND NEW LOCATION which we expect will open August of 2026: 15122 Bear Valley Rd. Victorville, CA 92395. Requirements

Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
Work all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order
Keep our space clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates
Cashier - Point of Sale
Expo - Inside & Outside Order Taking
Working the Drive-Thru (if drive-thru)
Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders
Back of House - Cooking & Prepping
