About The Position
ANNOUNCING ANOTHER BETTER BUZZ COFFEE LOCATION! BETTER BUZZ COFFEE is opening soon in the ONTARIO area! We are excited to create some new BUZZ brand fans in the neighborhood! Are you ready to work hard and hustle with us in our newest location? Better Buzz Coffee is seeking Baristas to help us in our BRAND NEW LOCATION which we expect will open OCTOBER of 2026: 941 N. Requirements
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Available for at least 22 hours per week, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order
- Keep our space clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates
- Our baristas have the opportunity to learn the entirety of our business: Cashier - Point of Sale, Expo - Inside & Outside Order Taking, Working the Drive-Thru (if drive-thru), Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders, Back of House - Cooking & Prepping
