About The Position
HANSONS is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with their hands, and contributing to a team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Experience in warehouse operations, construction, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or landscaping is encouraged. The position involves playing a key role in supplying installation teams with necessary materials for exceptional customer service.
Requirements

- Ability to frequently lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed

- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, construction, or general labor experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus (not required—we'll train the right person)
Responsibilities
- Load and unload vendor deliveries safely and efficiently
- Pull and stage materials for scheduled installation jobs
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with branch leadership and installation teams
- Follow safety procedures while handling materials and equipment
- At times help with small services as well such as recaulking windows, replacing window sashes, and other warranty covered services
