About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for completing assigned tasks accurately across various warehouse functions. Depending on the department, the role may involve efficiently picking customer orders for shipment and ensuring the correct quantity and type of product are loaded and shipped. Responsibilities may vary by department. This is a seasonal position for 60 days, with potential for permanent part-time work afterward. The schedule is 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and the rate of pay is $18.00.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn to use a computerized scanning device.

Nice To Haves

• Voice-picking experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Maintain safety awareness and participate in safety programs.
• Fulfill customer distribution requirements; monitor and maintain safety and security controls and support inventory integrity controls.
• Follow time and attendance protocols for clocking in and out and taking meal periods.
• Complete state-mandated training and compliance courses by the appropriate deadlines.
• Depending on department assignment, pick customer orders and ensure the correct products and quantities are loaded and shipped.
