About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler to help process packages during the holiday rush at its Stockton, California location. The role involves safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, keeping the workspace organized, and helping packages reach their destinations on time. No previous warehouse experience is required, and training is provided.

The scheduled shift is 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on business needs, and work may continue through completion of the day's required sorting and cleanup. The seasonal assignment is scheduled from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. This is temporary seasonal employment; eligible team members may be considered for permanent openings after the assignment, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Pay is $18.00 per hour, paid weekly, with overtime pay consistent with applicable law. The position may require overtime and weekend or holiday work when needed. Employees receive premium pay for hours worked on specified holidays. Seasonal bonus eligibility, amounts, and payment requirements may vary by location and assignment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages and stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, squat, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Complete required daily sort work and cleanup as directed by site management.
