About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate to help keep packages moving during the holiday season. This active, hands-on warehouse role involves working with a team to unload, sort, move, and load packages safely and efficiently. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position is seasonal and part-time, with a stated season duration of October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. The listed shift is 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with shift options listed as Sunday–Thursday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Friday–Monday. Shifts are approximately six hours, and end times may vary based on package volume and business needs. Work may include weekends or holidays when needed, and overtime may be required when business needs require it. The role pays $15.50 per hour with weekly pay and may include a seasonal bonus. Premium pay is offered for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, subject to eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.

• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
