About The Position

Standard Supply is hiring a full-time, entry-level Warehouse Associate. This role helps prepare and load customer orders for delivery, ensuring shipments are safe and accurate. The position involves operating powered equipment and RF scan gun technology, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, and supporting team goals while handling multiple tasks. Training is provided. Standard Supply is a family-owned HVAC supply company operating across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain a can-do attitude.
• Safety-first mindset when using equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Ability to operate powered equipment.
• Comfortable loading and unloading trucks.
• Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time.
• Ability to push and pull 20+ lbs.
• Ability to bend, kneel, twist, and climb ladders.
• Comfortable handling large or oddly shaped items.
• Clean driving record with no major or repeated violations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
