About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal, part-time Warehouse Associate in Spokane, Washington. The role pays $18.16 per hour, with weekly pay and eligibility for a seasonal bonus. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided. Associates help keep packages moving safely and efficiently by unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, organizing the work area, and working with a team to route packages to their next destination. The position is seasonal from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, based on eligibility and availability, but continued employment is not guaranteed. Overtime pay is provided as required by applicable law, and scheduled overtime may be required when business needs require it. Premium pay applies to hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Seasonal bonus eligibility, amount, and payment requirements may vary by location and assignment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
