About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal, part-time warehouse associate (also described as a Seasonal Package Handler) at its Caledonia, Wisconsin location. The role supports holiday package operations by unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, and keeping packages and the work area organized. Training is provided, and no previous warehouse experience is required. The role pays $18.00 per hour, with weekly pay, seasonal bonus eligibility, and premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Overtime pay is provided as required by applicable law, and scheduled overtime may be required when business needs require it. Shift options are described as flexible; the listed schedule is five days on and two days off, beginning at 4:30 a.m. and ending around 7:30 a.m. Shift length is approximately three hours, with end times varying according to package volume and business needs. The season runs from October 27, 2026, to January 1, 2027. After the assignment, seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions based on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the United States, dependable and available for scheduled shifts—including weekends or holidays when needed—and meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law. The job is physically active and requires repeated lifting, prolonged standing or walking, frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting, and repetitive physical tasks. Workers may encounter hot or cold warehouse environments where temperature control may be limited. Reasonable accommodation applies to the stated physical requirements.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
