About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal package handlers to help move packages through its warehouse during the holiday season. This active, hands-on role involves working with a team to unload, sort, move, and load packages so they reach their next destination safely and on time. Training is provided; previous warehouse experience is not required. The position is seasonal part-time, with a season running from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Continued employment is not guaranteed, though team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, based on eligibility and availability.

The role is located at 3900 Industry Dr. E # G, Fife, WA 98424. The listed pay is $18.16, with weekly pay and eligibility for overtime consistent with applicable law. Shifts are five days on and two days off, starting at 6:30 a.m. and ending at 10:15 a.m. Typical shifts are approximately four hours, but end times may vary based on package volume and business needs. Premium pay applies to hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Seasonal bonus eligibility, amount, and payment requirements may vary by location and assignment; additional terms and conditions may apply.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
