About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal, part-time Warehouse Associate in Boise, Idaho, to help move packages through its holiday operations. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided. The role is active and hands-on, working alongside a team to unload, sort, move, and load packages and keep them organized and moving safely and efficiently. Packages may weigh up to 30–50 pounds when handled independently, and team lifts are used for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

The schedule is five days on and two days off, beginning at 4:30 a.m. and ending around 8:00 a.m. A typical shift is approximately four hours, though end times may vary with package volume and business needs. The seasonal assignment runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. The position pays $17.50, with weekly pay, a seasonal bonus, and premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Overtime pay is provided as required by applicable law, and scheduled overtime may be needed when business requires it.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, dependable, and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed. Pre-employment requirements may include a background check where permitted by law. The position involves standing or walking for extended periods; repeated lifting and repetitive physical tasks; frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting; and working in hot or cold warehouse conditions where temperature control may be limited. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, subject to eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed. Seasonal bonus eligibility, amount, and payment requirements may vary by location and assignment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Repeatedly lift packages as described in the job posting.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.
