About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal package handlers to help keep packages moving during the holiday season. This active, hands-on warehouse role involves working with a team to safely unload, sort, move, and load packages, and keep the work area organized. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position is seasonal and part-time, with a stated season duration of October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. The shift is 12:00 AM–10:00 AM, with schedules listed as Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday. Typical shifts are approximately 8–10 hours, and end times may vary with package volume and business needs. Work may include overtime when business needs require it, and dependable availability for weekends or holidays when needed is required. The role is located at 9774 Calabash Ave., Fontana, CA 92335, and pays $19.00 per hour with weekly pay. Eligible employees may receive a seasonal bonus; eligibility, amount, and payment requirements may vary. Premium pay is offered for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

This is a temporary seasonal position. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, based on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require it.
• Repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
