About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Package Handler to help move packages through its warehouse during the holiday season. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided. The role is an active, hands-on position working alongside a team to keep packages moving safely and on time. Packages may weigh up to 30–50 pounds when handled independently, and team lifts are used for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

The position is seasonal and part-time, with a stated season duration of October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. The listed shift is 1:00 AM–4:00 AM, with several weekday and Saturday schedule options. Typical shifts are approximately 3–4 hours, and end times may vary according to package volume and business needs. The posting offers weekly pay at $17.90 per hour, overtime pay as applicable, a seasonal bonus, and premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, subject to eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Must meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Must frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
