About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal, part-time Warehouse Associate (Seasonal Package Handler) to help keep packages moving during the holiday season. This active, hands-on warehouse role involves working with a team to unload, sort, move, organize, and load packages safely and efficiently. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position is based at 5959 Randolph St., Commerce, CA 90040 and pays $18.50 per hour, with weekly pay and eligibility for a seasonal bonus. Available shift options run from 12:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m., on Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Friday–Monday. Shifts are approximately five hours, though end times may vary based on package volume and business needs. The season is scheduled to run from 10/27/2026 to 01/01/2027. Overtime may be required when business needs require it and is paid in accordance with applicable law. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during a scheduled shift.
• Be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
