About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help ensure efficient warehouse operations by processing merchandise in accordance with departmental and company standards. You will receive training in a specific department, be cross-trained, and be expected to work across multiple warehouse areas. The position is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the shift Supervisor.

The schedule is Friday through Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM. The job posting lists an hourly rate of $21.00 and also gives a salary range of $18.27–$20.19, noting that actual starting pay varies by geographic location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Requirements

• Be willing to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
• Have excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Have English proficiency sufficient to complete safety and on-the-job training and meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Work across warehouse responsibilities such as Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing, according to business needs.
• Ensure merchandise handling and processing meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Follow operational and safety protocols and company policies.
• Be available for overtime during peak business periods.
