About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports efficient warehouse operations by processing merchandise in accordance with departmental and Exemplar Luxury Group standards. Associates receive training in a specific department and are cross-trained to work across multiple warehouse areas. The position is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the shift Supervisor. The posted hourly rate is $21.00; the description also lists a salary range of $18.27–$20.19, with actual starting pay depending on work location, experience, and other job-related factors. The shift schedule is Friday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Requirements

Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
English proficiency to complete safety and on-the-job training and meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Work across warehouse responsibilities such as Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing, depending on business needs.
Ensure merchandise handling and processing meet Exemplar Luxury Group standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Follow operational and safety protocols and company policies.
Be available for overtime during peak business periods.
