About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Warehouse Associates to support warehouse operations. Associates contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, focusing on quality and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a productive and secure work environment. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery. Teamwork is important, and the position requires standing for extended periods and regularly moving items averaging 50 pounds, with occasional items up to 75 pounds. Warehouse temperatures vary by season, so associates must be able to work in both heat and cold.

The position is based at 565 S Pinnacle, Romeoville, Illinois 60446. Pay is $18.90 per hour. The listed shift has a 7-day availability requirement and runs from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM; end times may extend until the sort and directed cleanup are complete. Hours may vary based on business needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Availability for the listed shift schedule, with end times potentially lasting until the end of sort and hours varying based on business needs.
