About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Warehouse Associates to support warehouse operations. Associates contribute to smooth daily operations by maintaining quality and following safety protocols, helping create a productive and secure work environment. The role includes unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading delivery trucks. Associates work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The position is at 565 S Pinnacle, Romeoville, Illinois 60446. Pay is $18.90 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for weekend work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Shifts are available with seven-day availability, generally from 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. or until the sort is complete. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of the required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse temperatures that vary by season, including heat and cold.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and prioritize workplace safety.
• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the operations team.
