About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, with an emphasis on quality, safety protocols, and maintaining a productive and secure work environment. Duties include unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery. Teamwork is essential.

The position is based at 3872 Logistics Way, Building 3, Suite 301, Antioch, Tennessee. The base pay rate is $20.00 per hour. The shift is listed as 7-day availability, with shift times from 1:00 AM to 5:30 AM or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to remain on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in warehouse heat and cold as temperatures vary by season.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities
