Warehouse Associate (Part-Time Flex, Night Shift)

About The Position

Warehouse Operations is responsible for manual or automated tasks necessary for receiving, storing, and shipping products. This may include receiving products, fulfilling and packaging orders, and shipping them within established team goals to ensure timely delivery. This part-time flex role offers a scheduled Sunday night shift from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. or until work is finished. For the remainder of the week, associates may choose to work as many or as few available shifts as they prefer, for 8–29 hours weekly. Associates receive shift notifications, work news, and event notifications on their phones and choose their own schedule without needing to request days off. Training is provided starting on the first day. The pay rate is $20.60 per hour, including the shift differential; the position is not bonus eligible. Paid time off is provided in compliance with applicable laws.

Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working at heights up to 30 feet.
Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working with technology such as computers or point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Train and obtain certification to operate material handling equipment as required by job duties.
