Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks involved in receiving, storing, and shipping products, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. The team supports the efficient movement of products from vendor receipt through shipment to internal and external customers. Warehouse team members receive and fulfill orders so customers can obtain products needed to care for their patients. This role follows established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, conducting quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment. Associates cross-train in multiple warehouse areas, participate in projects as needed, perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment. The position is part-time on a Sunday-through-Thursday night shift from 11:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. Employees must be flexible to work overtime as needed and may need to train and become certified to operate material handling equipment required by their duties. Candidates with little or no warehouse experience are welcome, and training is provided beginning on the first day. The work involves routine assignments under a moderate degree of supervision, adherence to standard procedures and quality guidelines, and referral of complex or unusual problems to a supervisor. Work output is regularly reviewed by a work lead or supervisor.
