About The Position

Warehouse Associates handle freight and products moving into and out of a distribution center or warehouse. Work may include picking orders, loading and unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products. Associates work cooperatively with others and productively with little supervision while following company safety policies and procedures.

The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. The work environment may not be air-conditioned or heated, so indoor temperatures fluctuate with the seasons. Additional duties may be assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to perform physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment, which may be non-air-conditioned or heated.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Computer experience, such as using order management systems including WMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions such as order picking.
• Load trucks, taking product weight, size, and characteristics into consideration.
• Use handheld scanners and equipment to comply with the warehouse management system.
• Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates.
• Help keep the facility clean, neat, and orderly.
• Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner.
• Follow company or site-specific safety policies and guidelines to ensure safe working conditions for yourself and others.
• Handle loose freight and load, unload, sort, stage, and transport products as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.
