About The Position

Warehouse Associates handle loose freight and may load, unload, sort, stage, and transport products into and out of a distribution center or warehouse. The role requires cooperative teamwork and the ability to work productively with little supervision. Following company safety policies and procedures is essential.

The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. The warehouse may not be air-conditioned or heated, so indoor temperatures can fluctuate with the seasons. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to perform physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment, which may not be air-conditioned or heated.
• Must work cooperatively with other associates and productively with little supervision.
• Must follow company safety policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Computer experience, such as using order management systems including WMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions such as order picking.
• Load trucks, considering the weight, size, and characteristics of products.
• Use handheld scanners and equipment for warehouse management system compliance.
• Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates.
• Help keep the facility clean, neat, and orderly.
• Provide customer service by paying attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner.
• Follow company or site-specific safety policies and guidelines to ensure safe working conditions for yourself and others.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.
