About The Position

Warehouse Associates may handle loose freight and load, unload, sort, stage, and transport products into and out of a distribution center or warehouse. The role requires working cooperatively with other associates and productively with little supervision. Following company safety policies and procedures is essential. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to perform physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment, which may not be air-conditioned or heated and may fluctuate in temperature with the seasons.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Computer experience, such as using order management systems including WMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions such as order picking.
• Load trucks, considering the weight, size, and characteristics of products.
• Use handheld scanners and equipment to comply with the warehouse management system.
• Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates.
• Help maintain the facility in a clean, neat, and orderly condition.
• Provide outstanding customer service by paying attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner.
• Follow company or site-specific safety policies and guidelines to maintain safe working conditions for yourself and others.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.
