About The Position

Charger Water Treatment Products is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate for its Phoenix facility. The role involves receiving, organizing, and assembling water treatment products for shipment to help ensure customers receive accurate orders on time and in excellent condition. The associate works with the warehouse team to support safe, organized operations and timely order fulfillment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexibility for overtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexibility for overtime.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience; preferred but not required.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Sort and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and assemble orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and documentation.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized in compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
