About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports facility logistics operations by performing material handling and warehousing functions, including receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping parts, materials, equipment, and supplies. The role is responsible for accurate, efficient work that complies with safety standards and supports daily operations and productivity goals. The position has no supervisory responsibilities and requires teamwork and adherence to safety standards. Other reasonably related duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to operate forklifts, such as sit-down, stand-up/reach truck, or turret truck.
• Beginner proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft applications.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Minimum 12 months of forklift experience.
• Numerical reasoning aptitude for inventory and order processing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive operations.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.
• Must pass company physical and drug screening.
• Ability to use required PPE and follow safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

• Order Picker Forklift experience (cherry-picker, case-picker).
• Experience with computerized inventory management systems such as SAP.
• Previous logistics or warehouse experience.
