About The Position

This hands-on warehouse role focuses on unloading tractor-trailers, breaking down and restacking pallets, and moving freight weighing 25–80 pounds in a fast-paced warehouse. Powered equipment is used as needed, with training provided. Production pay is offered, or a $15.00 minimum, whichever is greater; the posting states that top performers earn $23+ and the average associate earns around $21. Pay is weekly. The role offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO, as well as training, certifications, promotion opportunities, and referral bonuses. Shifts begin at 2 AM, 4 AM, or 5 AM for first shift, or 1 PM, 2 PM, or 3:30 PM for second shift, and continue until work is complete. The position has a five-day work week; operations run seven days per week, and schedules may include weekends. Warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

Able to lift and handle cases weighing 25–80 pounds throughout the workday.
Able to walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat throughout the shift.
Able to hear and respond to speech, alarms, and safety alerts in moderate to loud environments.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Ability to speak, read, and write English for effective communication.
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
Reliable and willing to work scheduled shifts.
Warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
