About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Warehouse Associates to contribute to warehouse operations and help maintain a productive, safe, and clean work environment. The role focuses on quality and adherence to safety protocols. Associates unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, and load trucks for delivery while working collaboratively with the team.

The position is at 565 S Pinnacle, Romeoville, Illinois. Pay is $18.90 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for weekend work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Two sort schedules are listed: Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM, or Saturday and Sunday, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM. End times may extend until the sort and required cleanup are complete, and hours may vary based on business needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
