About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal, full-time Warehouse Associate to help move packages through its Phoenix warehouse during the holiday season. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided. The role pays $19.00 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour weekend differential incentive, with weekly pay and eligibility for a $500 seasonal bonus subject to applicable terms. Premium pay is offered for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Overtime is paid in accordance with applicable law and may be required when business needs demand it.

The scheduled shift is 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a typical shift lasting approximately eight hours. End times may vary depending on package volume and business needs. The seasonal assignment is scheduled from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment, based on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

This is an active, hands-on warehouse position. Associates work with a team to safely unload, sort, move, and load packages and keep them organized and moving toward their destinations. Packages may weigh up to 30–50 pounds for independent handling, with team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds. The work involves extended standing or walking, frequent bending and other physical movements, repetitive tasks, and working in hot or cold warehouse conditions where temperature control may be limited.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during a scheduled shift.
• Be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.
