About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal package handlers to help move packages through its warehouse during the holiday season. This active, hands-on role involves working with a team to safely unload, sort, move, and load packages so they reach their destinations on time. Training is provided, and prior warehouse experience is not required.

The position is seasonal and part-time at the Phoenix, Arizona location. Available work schedules are Wednesday through Sunday, Saturday through Tuesday, or Saturday and Sunday, with shifts scheduled between 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Typical shifts are approximately five hours, and end times may vary with package volume and business needs. The season runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Continued employment after the season is not guaranteed, though team members may be considered for available permanent positions based on eligibility and availability.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages, stand and/or walk for extended periods, and frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their destinations safely and on time.
