About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate (Package Handler) to help keep holiday packages moving. This is an active, hands-on warehouse role working alongside a team to safely unload, sort, move, and load packages and keep them organized as they travel to their next destination. Training is provided; previous warehouse experience is not required. The role is located at 41460 Boyce Rd., Fremont, CA 94538, pays $20 per hour, and is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law. The seasonal assignment runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, based on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed. Shift options are Sunday–Wednesday, 2:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.; Thursday–Saturday, 2:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.; or Friday–Monday, 5:30 p.m.–9:30 p.m. Typical shifts are approximately five hours, and end times may vary with package volume and business needs. Weekend or holiday work and overtime may be required when needed. The position offers weekly pay, flexible shift options, a seasonal bonus subject to eligibility and applicable terms, and premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Be able to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their destinations safely and on time.
