Picking involves locating, scanning, and consolidating customer orders, verifying items before shipment, and supporting other warehouse departments as needed. Associates follow safety guidelines and company procedures, communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors, and work together when handling large or heavy items. Multiple shifts are available across weekdays and weekends, with hours ranging from 4:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
