About The Position

Nellis Auction is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a weekend shift, Friday through Sunday, with hours ranging from 4:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Associates rotate across Inventory Processing, Putaway, and Picking and receive cross-training in all three functions. In Inventory Processing, associates inspect and list auction items accurately using company software, write clear product descriptions, meet personal throughput and quality KPIs, and use basic computer tools, iPhones, and warehouse hand tools. In Putaway, they receive and scan inbound inventory, move products from staging areas to designated storage locations, store items safely and neatly, update inventory records, and report discrepancies or damage. In Picking, they locate, scan, and consolidate customer orders, verify item accuracy, handle and store products properly, and assist other warehouse departments as needed. Across all functions, associates work with teammates to handle large or heavy items, follow safety guidelines and company procedures, and communicate with team members and supervisors. This is an active, physical role in an indoor warehouse where temperatures vary by season, with extensive walking and shifts of 10 to 12 hours.
