About The Position

Wesco is hiring an entry-level Warehouse Associate to perform warehouse and distribution tasks. The role includes receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and maintaining assigned areas. Wesco provides training and development opportunities and educational assistance. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to operate warehouse equipment, including power equipment.

Nice To Haves

• One year of warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete log sheets and handle inbound shipments.
• Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts.
• Relocate and consolidate material.
• Prepare and assemble packing lists.
• Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks.
• Perform warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and general maintenance of assigned areas.
