About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports Cencora’s US distribution services, operating through its AmerisourceBergen business. The role handles customer order fulfillment, inventory checks, product tracking and verification, and maintaining a clean work area. Depending on shift assignment, the associate may also verify incoming products against receiving documents and report discrepancies or visible damage.

This is a part-time position with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The role is based at 345 International Blvd, Brooks, KY 40109. Pay starts at $19.00, with potential earnings up to $23.48 through opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses. Overtime may be required and is mandatory in most Distribution Centers to support real-time delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working, and dependable, with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work the listed shift hours and overtime.
• Able to perform repetitive manual tasks consistently.
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift.
• Able to stand for long periods.

• Warehouse or distribution experience (1 year or less).

Responsibilities

• Stock, restock, pick, and pack products, and ship customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Depending on shift assignment, verify received products against receiving documents and report discrepancies or obvious damage.
