About The Position

This role supports Cencora’s U.S. distribution services through its AmerisourceBergen business. The Warehouse Associate fulfills customer orders and helps maintain accurate, clean, and safe distribution operations. The position is listed as part-time and includes a Sunday–Thursday schedule: Sunday from 12:30 p.m. until finish, and Monday through Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Overtime may be required and, in most distribution centers, is mandatory to enable real-time delivery. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with potential earnings up to $24.95 per hour through opportunities such as shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working, and dependable, with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work the listed shift hours and overtime.
• Able to perform repetitive manual tasks consistently.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively; product weights and sizes vary.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift; steps vary by role and shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (one year or less).
• Ability to work with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock, restock, pick, and pack products and ship outbound customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Depending on shift assignment, verify received products against receiving documents and note and report discrepancies or obvious damage.
